Do not swallow your solid food!
Chewchew and spit-out!
By not swallowing, you will get some benefits as follows:
1. Since you swallow the food fluids only, it means only 10 to 20% (depends on how watery the food) of the whole food weight enter your body.
2. You help your digestive system's work and may last long its organ parts.
3. You got the food nutrition still.
4. You satisfy yourself with foods.
5. You can eat your favorite foods without hesitant.
6. You decrease your binge and/or purge habits. By doing this, you do not harm your body.
7. It is guilty-free.
I am doing this for over 3 years now. Just 2 weeks ago I found someone wrote the same trick on internet.
